Job Title: Marketing Officer
BU/Dept.: Marketing
Reporting Line: Marketing Manager
Job Purpose: Responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company.
  Duty Statements:
  •          End To End Digital Media Management including Facebook, Google Ad Word, YouTube, email Marketing, Website Management…
  •         Customer interaction through Social media with no less than 12 Hours.
  •          Marketing Content Writing in three languages (English, Arabic, and Kurdish)
  •          Online and Offline Campaign Management.
  •          Conducting Market research, survey, outbound survey, field visit and analyzing data.
  •          Marketing Intelligence and Geo Marketing
  •          Initiative and creative thinking in conducting Marketing Activities
  •          Preparing Marketing Reports on Weekly or Monthly Basis or upon request.
  •          Business Development through finding clients, contacting and visiting them.
  •          Handling Related events to Financial Inclusion.
  •          Media Plan and Media Budgeting
  •          Direct contact with our Call center agents, feeding them with information and training them if needed.
  •          Daily Reports on transactions which the raw data is received by IT Department.
  •          Translate treatments into business rules that define how each type of interaction should be handled for each customer segment and to be applied based on type of customer interaction channels, online channels (Customer care , sales & Social Media) teams and offline channels (USSD, SMS, IVR & mobile app when it will be available).
  Performance Standards:
 

  •          Bachelor degree in media field or equivalent or Master’s degree in related field is an added advantage.
  •           Must be consider to be available to the media after regular business hours.
  •          Position requires occasional work outdoors.
  •          Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays based on occasion type.
  •          Travel to other cities inside Iraq.
  •          Any addition work may request from the top managements
  •          Very good oral and written communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic & English.
  •         Demonstrate a strong track record of working within the media sector, and understanding of how to build relationships with diverse range of media
  •          Comprehensive up-to-date understanding of media and PR developments
  •          At ease of dealing with the broadcast and print press and media, and a thorough understanding of the needs and workings of national and local media.
  •          A minimum two years of working as a journalist, PRO, or Similar in a Press Office or busy news environment.
  •          Experience of managing production of print materials: e.g newsletters and magazines.
  •          Strong analytical & writing report skills.
  •          Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  •          Excellent organizational skills & solving skills
  •          Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
  •          Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
